This assessment has been developed for the purpose of determining the capacity of a hotel to accommodate guests who have been forced to evacuate unsafe areas in case of disasters.

This assessment was done as a self-assessment and not (yet) reviewed.

The assessment evaluates safety protocols, essential amenities, and support services tailored to meet the specific needs of evacuees. By examining these key areas, we aim to ensure that the hotel can provide not only a secure temporary shelter but also a supportive environment. The results will be used to identify those hotels that would satisfy the level of care required for accommodating evacuated individuals, families or other groups of people.

We provided shelter after the latest earthquake

When the latest earthquake hit, we opened our doors to provide shelter for those who were displaced. We worked with local authorities to coordinate relief efforts and provided food and water for those in need. It was a challenging time, but we felt proud to be able to provide some comfort during a difficult situation. Our guests were supportive of our efforts, and it brought our community closer together. We hope we never have to do it again, but we stand ready to help if needed.
