This audit addresses issues of internal social responsibility, cultural preservation, internal environmental management, supply chain engagement and customer communication. In addition, this self-assessment will help you to figure out where your business stands in terms of sustainability, where you're already doing a good job, and where there's room for improvement. Sustainability has become essential for the success and continuity of tourism businesses. The Accessible Hotel Audit helps hotels evaluate how well they meet the needs of guests with disabilities, older travellers, families, and anyone requiring easier access. Based on ISO 21902 Accessible Tourism standards, the audit provides a practical checklist covering policies, communication, built environment, guest services, emergency procedures, and continuous improvement. Hotels receive clear guidance, examples, and useful resources to support real-world improvements that enhance comfort, safety, and inclusivity for all guests.

Our back-up generators are now flood-proof

We are a hotel that takes disaster preparedness seriously. We've upgraded our back-up generator with flood protection to ensure we can continue to provide power in the event of a flood. We've also created a comprehensive disaster plan and trained our staff to be ready to respond in case of an emergency. Our guests feel reassured knowing that we're prepared for any situation. It's important for us to prioritize the safety and comfort of our guests.

We donated to our local community

We are a hotel that believes in giving back to our community. We've donated to local schools, charities, and events, and have even organized volunteer days for our staff to get involved. We source our produce from local farmers and use local businesses for our supplies. It's important for us to support the community that supports us. We've built strong relationships with our neighbors, and our guests appreciate our commitment to making a positive impact. It's a win-win situation, and we're proud to be a part of it.
