This assessment has been developed for the purpose of determining the capacity of a hotel to accommodate guests who have been forced to evacuate unsafe areas in case of disasters.

The assessment evaluates safety protocols, essential amenities, and support services tailored to meet the specific needs of evacuees. By examining these key areas, we aim to ensure that the hotel can provide not only a secure temporary shelter but also a supportive environment. The results will be used to identify those hotels that would satisfy the level of care required for accommodating evacuated individuals, families or other groups of people.

The climate friendly audit addresses initiatives to reduce the hotel’s carbon footprint. Key steps in the process and addressed in this audit are measuring Greenhouse Gas emissions, establishing reduction targets, and developing a climate action plan. Climate actions may include, among other, carbon removal and carbon offsetting initiatives, renewable energy, green transportation, energy use and water reduction and conservation, waste reduction, sourcing local products, establishing sustainable supply chains and climate friendly packaging.

We've added vegan options to all our meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We've sourced the freshest ingredients and created delicious plant-based dishes that even meat-eaters enjoy. Our guests appreciate our efforts, and we've noticed an increase in bookings as a result. It's important to us to provide options that are healthy and sustainable for everyone. We're proud to be leading the way in vegan-friendly hospitality, and we hope to inspire others to follow suit.

We stopped using single-use plastic

As owners of a hotel, we feel responsible for the impact we have on the environment. We've taken steps to eliminate all single-use plastic in our property and replaced them with sustainable options. Our guests have been supportive of our efforts, and we've noticed an increase in bookings as a result. We provided shelter after the latest earthquake

When the latest earthquake hit, we opened our doors to provide shelter for those who were displaced. We worked with local authorities to coordinate relief efforts and provided food and water for those in need. It was a challenging time, but we felt proud to be able to provide some comfort during a difficult situation. Our guests were supportive of our efforts, and it brought our community closer together. We hope we never have to do it again, but we stand ready to help if needed.
