This audit follows the Hotel Resilient Standards. The standards take proven disaster risk reduction and climate adaptation strategies and tailor them to the needs of the hotel industry. They outline the policies, procedures and actions hotels should implement to become disaster and climate resilient. The audit is divided into seven general sections and two building specific sections. The audit therefore addresses hotels with multiple buildings and provides individual scores for each building type. Your responses to the audit questions will combine to measure a hotel's risk and resilience to natural and technological hazards, including impacts from climate change.

We donated to our local community

We are a hotel that believes in giving back to our community. We've donated to local schools, charities, and events, and have even organized volunteer days for our staff to get involved. We source our produce from local farmers and use local businesses for our supplies. It's important for us to support the community that supports us. We've built strong relationships with our neighbors, and our guests appreciate our commitment to making a positive impact. It's a win-win situation, and we're proud to be a part of it.

We commit to energy-saving

We've implemented several energy-saving initiatives such as LED lighting, motion sensors, and energy-efficient appliances. We've also trained our staff to be more conscious of energy usage, and encourage guests to participate in our sustainability efforts. We planted new mangroves around our beach

We've planted mangroves along the coast to increase our tsunami protection. The mangroves not only help to prevent erosion, but also provide a habitat for marine life.
